Equity Protection:

It is your responsibility to set and maintain appropriate equity protection rules through 4xsolutions.com.This third party service is required to connect to our trading signal and offers many levels of equity protection through their service.

Performance Guarantee:

If your trading account does not achieve a 30% or greater net return over any continuous 12-month period while actively using our software (subject to terms and trading conditions), we will continue providing the service to you free of charge until that benchmark is achieved.

To qualify:

You must trade consistently without long periods of inactivity.
No manual trade interference.
No substantial deposits or withdrawals during the performance period without prior approval.

Use of our Software:

When you subscribe to Guardian FX Engine Pro, you are licensing the right to use our automated trading software by way of a trading signal on your registered trading account.

Manual interference with the trades generated by the software — such as adding manual trades, modifying active trades, or disabling protective settings — may void certain guarantees and protections we offer.

Payment and Refunds

Payments for subscriptions are billed according to the terms displayed at signup.
Refunds are generally not offered unless explicitly stated in a specific promotional offer.
If you qualify for free access under the Performance Guarantee, your subscription fee will automatically be waived for future periods until you achieve the 30% benchmark.

Limitation of Liability:

Strategic Trading shall not be liable for any financial loss or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Guardian FX Engine, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if Strategic Trading has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You are fully aware of the financial risks associated with trading in the Foreign Exchange (FX) markets and should ensure that you have taken appropriate steps to protect the bulk of your capital using the tools available on 4xsolutions.com

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strategic Trading, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, resulting from any violation of this disclaimer by you or any other person accessing the Guardian FX Engine.

Modifications and Interruptions:

Strategic Trading reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Guardian FX Engine at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Guardian FX Engine.
